1. Terms and Conditions of Entry

Welcome to Ascent X Events. By entering our premises or purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Our mission is to provide safe, unforgettable community experiences, and your cooperation is essential to maintaining a vibrant and secure environment for all participants.

2. Mandatory Requirements

All attendees must present a valid form of identification upon request. Minors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times. Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn to ensure safety during interactive trail experiences and events. Ascent X reserves the right to verify registration details at the point of entry.

3. Absolute Prohibitions

The following items and actions are strictly prohibited: possession of illegal substances, weapons of any kind, or unauthorized alcohol. Aggressive behavior, harassment, or any form of discrimination will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted without prior written consent from Ascent X Limited.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. General No-Refund Policy All ticket sales are final. No refunds are issued for change of mind. No refunds are given if you cannot attend.

  2. Weather Permitting & Force Majeure This event is an outdoor, weather-permitting experience. Elements out of our control may force a postponement. This includes severe weather and safety hazards.

  3. Event Postponement & Rescheduling If postponed, we will set a new date. Your original tickets remain valid for entry. Tickets automatically transfer to the new date.

  4. Inability to Attend New Dates You accept no refunds if you cannot make the new date. We do not compensate for scheduling conflicts. You may transfer your tickets to someone else.

  5. Cancelled Events Refunds apply only if the event is permanently cancelled. A permanent cancellation means no makeup date is scheduled. We will refund the face value of the ticket. Booking fees and credit card levies remain non-refundable.

5. Ticketing and Admission Policies

Entry is only guaranteed with a valid digital or printed ticket purchased through authorized sales channels. We reserve the right to refuse entry if a ticket appears tampered with or fraudulent. Re-entry policies vary by event; please check the specific event details on your ticket. Last entry is typically one hour before the scheduled finish time of the event.

6. Physical and Medical Warnings

Participating in trails and active events involves physical movement. Attendees with heart conditions, back or neck injuries, or those who are pregnant should consult a medical professional before participating. Please be aware that strobe lighting, loud music, and sudden sound effects may be used throughout our experiences, which may affect those with photosensitive epilepsy or sensory sensitivities.

7. Liability Waiver

By attending an Ascent X event, you voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability. Ascent X Limited and its partners shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage howsoever caused to any person or property during the event.
